Planting Hopes and Dreams - This series of mixed media paintings has been inspired by a project that Rachel recently worked on called "Growing Hearts and Minds". This was a creative programme of events that explore the use of green/outdoor spaces to promote mental health and well being. Through this project Rachel became interested in working with the metaphors that we can draw between planting, growing, nurturing and human behaviour, relationships and well being.
